In 1994 our company began the manufacture
of high quality alfajores to cater for the Patagonian tourist market of Las Grutas.

Our product is traditional but different,
its delicate flavor makes it special and very
popular among delicatessen fans.
14 years afterwards we still lead the regional market preserving the original recipe.
